The winning dealerships and employees of the fourth and final phase of the ‘Highlights 2024’ campaign were recognized in February. The campaign was an initiative of Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Motor Brasil with the aim of rewarding the performance of dealerships, managers and supervisors in the after-sales area, and increasing sales of genuine parts and accessories.
The dealerships that met the targets and achieved the best results were: Abrão Reze (Sorocaba/SP), Terra Santa (Natal/RN), Pateo (Salvador/BA) from Group A; Caoa (Niterói/RJ), Saga (Anápolis/GO), Pateo (Feira de Santana/BA), from Group B; and Cordial (Concórdia/SC), Privillege (Marabá/PA) and Privillege (Imperatriz/MA), from Group C.
The winning dealerships received a prize of genuine accessory kits of their choice, as well as a set with three pairs of LED bulbs, a resin door sill, a resin door protector and a resin door handle protector.
The campaign’s final awards ceremony was also held, where the finalists received “The Great Experience” prize – a four-day trip to Porto de Galinhas in March, with accommodation in an all-inclusive hotel.
Over the course of the campaign, 16 participants achieved the maximum score for the year, warranting the best places in the ranking of their respective groups: A, B and C.
The winners were the Workshop Managers: Silvio C. Barbosa (Abrão Reze – Sorocaba), Paulo Henrique (Sinal – Diadema), Guilherme Rossi (Cordial – Concórdia); the Guarantors Alex Moura (Pateo – Recife), Rafael Melo (Grande Coreia – Montes Claros), Antonio C. Menezes (Páteo – São Luis II); the Quality Coordinators: Milena Menezes (Pateo – Salvador), Rosiene Santos (CAOA – Barra), Willian André (CAOA – Intendente Magalhães); the After-Sales Managers or Supervisors: Fabiano P. Capistrano (Terra Santa – Natal), Alexandre Araújo (AMX – Niterói), Tatiane A. Oliveira (Santa Fé – Francisco Beltrão), Altemar Terrez (Cordial – Concórdia); and the Service Consultants: Jamile Gericó Soares (Pateo – Salvador), José Ricardo Ribeiro (AMX – Niterói) and Gabriel Osowski da Silva (Cordial – Concórdia).
Among the main criteria evaluated are the growth in the purchase of parts and the minimum purchase of genuine accessories.
