Hyundai Mobis was present at the 37th World Electric Vehicle Conference and Exhibition (EVS37), held from April 23 to 26 in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
The event, known as the “Electric Vehicle Olympics”, was highlighted by the participation of Hyundai Mobis, which presented the “Mobion” car equipped with the future-generation mobility technology “e-Corner system”, which enables ‘Zero Turn’ – when the drive wheels turn at the same rate in the opposite direction and also allows the car to crab walk.
EVS37 is recognized as the world’s largest electric vehicle conference and exhibition, promoted by the World Electric Vehicle Association (WEVA) and the Electric Vehicle Association of Asia Pacific (EVAAP) and organized by the Korea Society of Automotive Engineers (KSAE). The event is held annually on three continents: North America, Europe and Asia, and marks the return of South Korea as host after nine years.
It is important to note that both the Mobion and the technologies presented at EVS37 are not yet expected to arrive on the Brazilian market.
