The resumption of visits to the Hyundai Mobis Distribution Center in Rio das Pedras started on March 1st. The New Group – an HMB dealership in Ribeirão Preto – visited the Mobis Distribution Center to learn about the logistic processes and discuss business strategies.
The group was welcomed by Operations Manager Wilton Garcia and the sales team, who got to know the operation and talked about important issues for the dealership, showing the transparency in the relationship between the company and dealerships. “This meeting is an action that aims to strengthen the business relationship, in which dealers get to know the processes and we also take the opportunity to discuss the needs, news, and the progress of business in general,” he said.
On the first visit of 2023 to the Distribution Center, HMB New representatives had the opportunity to learn about the details of the operations carried out at the unit, from the beginning, from the receipt of parts to the shipment to the addresses of the dealerships.
According to Wilton, this is an opportune moment to bring the company closer to the final customer. “During this visit, they got to know the main facilities, the processes and also held an alignment meeting, in which we heard information about their needs, about customer service, and reinforced that Mobis is always open, with transparency, to the dealership network.”
In addition to distributing parts to 227 dealerships in Brazil, Hyundai Mobis also exports to Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Miami (USA), Paraguay and Uruguay.
