On June 4 and 5 in São Paulo, Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Motor held the 2024 National Service and Parts Conference, which brought together After-Sales and Parts managers from Hyundai dealerships across Brazil.
The event provided an immersion in essential information about the entire customer journey with the brand, with an emphasis on the details of After Sales, highlighting Service Excellence, Unique Customer Experience, Genuine Quality, One Network and Loyalty.
The executive director of Hyundai Mobis, Sangyeol Bae, highlighted the company’s role in the brand’s global scenario: “The contributions and dedication of each member of the Hyundai Mobis family in Rio das Pedras, Piracicaba and São Paulo are essential to strengthening the bond with our headquarters in South Korea. We are committed to the mission of unifying Hyundai as one company, developing genuine Hyundai parts and accessories. Our collective effort is driven by the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.”
The panels presented by leaders and analysts from the After Sales, Commercial and Marketing sectors focused on the customer experience from the first contact with the dealership. Surprising and understanding the consumer are among the main objectives to warrant their permanent loyalty. In addition, the Conference highlighted key points such as service and stock processes, the importance of selling genuine parts and accessories in the fight against counterfeiting, as well as valuing human capital, through the training and capacity-building programs in person or online, which are made available free of charge to dealerships.
Best dealerships of 2023
Throughout 2023, dealerships were evaluated by Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Motor Brasil. In this way, the companies ranked those with the best performance in terms of service, parts, processes and recommendations.
The dealerships recognized by Hyundai Mobis were evaluated based on the best performance in parts availability, adherence to training, processes and parts receipts. The winners were:
– Carway from Canoas/RS
– Saga from Goiânia/GO
– New from Sertãozinho/SP
At the same time, Hyundai Mobis also honored the best sales practices adopted by the dealerships Green City in Teresina/PI and HMB Saga in Goiânia/GO.
