Awards for the Best Dealerships of 2024
Throughout 2024, dealerships took part in the “The Highlights” incentive campaign and the best performances in service, parts, processes and recommendation were awarded during the 2025 National Service and Parts Conference. The prize for the winning dealerships was awarded in three categories:
- Category A: Terra Santa (Natal/RN), Pateo (Salvador/BA) and Pateo (João Pessoa/PB)
- Category B: New (Franca/SP), Caoa (Barra/RJ) and Pateo (Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE)
- Category C: Santa Fé (Francisco Beltrão/PR), Cordial (Concórdia/SC) and New (Barretos/SP)
National Service and Parts Conference 2025
On April 23 and 24, Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Motor Brasil held the National Service and Parts Conference 2025 in São Paulo, which brought together After-Sales and Parts managers from Hyundai dealerships across Brazil. The event provided an immersion with information in panels presented by leaders and analysts from the After-Sales sectors, focusing on development and integration between Hyundai Mobis, Hyundai and the dealerships, focusing all efforts on behalf of end customers.
Among the outstanding themes detailed by Hyundai Mobis was the presentation “ACE: strategy for excellence” led by Hyundai Mobis’ commercial manager, Mauro Borges, and other relevant subjects such as Challenges and Solutions in the Supply Chain, Incentive Campaigns for Accessories, Integrated Marketing and Price Management, and Logistics and Transportation. The discussions reinforced the joint commitment to innovation, efficiency and quality in customer service.

In the Conference’s outdoor space, the audience of over 400 participants was able to check out the latest Hyundai models equipped with genuine accessories and interact on a digital panel with information on all the accessories supplied by Hyundai Mobis.
The Conference is held annually and aims to highlight the performance, innovation and partnership between Hyundai, Hyundai Mobis and dealerships throughout Brazil.
