The company&#8217;s participation, in addition to being a key factor in launching and presenting innovations for the automotive sector, is fundamental to promoting strategic partnerships, strengthening its global presence, and anticipating future mobility trends.<\/p>\n<p>Under the theme \u201cLayer of Progress,\u201d Mobis highlighted how its technologies connect, evolve together, and offer real value to the daily lives of the brand&#8217;s customers. The company presented innovations in its core areas, including electronics, electrification, and chassis safety, tailored specifically for global customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technology that transforms the driving experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the event, Mobis presented the M.VICS 7.0 cockpit platform, which integrates advanced infotainment technologies, notably the holographic display on the windshield, an expandable 18.1&#8243; vertical display, and a redesigned center console interface.<\/p>\n<p>Another new feature on display was the X-by-Wire solution, which eliminates mechanical connections in steering and braking, integrating both into a single controller with dual safety for greater reliability.<\/p>\n<p>One of the highlights was the holographic windshield display (HWD), developed in partnership with Zeiss, which received the CES 2026 Innovation Award, being the first in the world to transform the entire windshield into a display surface. Hyundai Mobis plans to begin mass production in 2029.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic agreements and collaborations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At CES 2026, Hyundai Mobis announced global strategic collaborations that reinforce its position in mobility, electronics, and robotics.<\/p>\n<p>Mobis signed an agreement with Qualcomm Technologies for the joint development of advanced solutions for software-defined vehicles (SDVs) and ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) &#8211; a set of driver assistance technologies aimed at semi-autonomous driving, which increase safety and comfort while driving. The partnership combines Hyundai Mobis&#8217; expertise in systems integration, sensor fusion, and perception with Qualcomm&#8217;s leadership in SoC (System-on-a-Chip) technology\u2014a semiconductor that combines various functions (such as processing, memory, connectivity, graphics)\u2014targeting emerging markets and global opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>In partnership with Boston Dynamics, the company becomes a supplier of actuators for Atlas, a state-of-the-art humanoid robot. The collaboration supports Hyundai Motor Group&#8217;s plans to invest $26 billion in the US and deploy tens of thousands of robots in the coming years, accelerating the mass production of Atlas.<\/p>\n<p>These initiatives represent a strategic advance, including Hyundai Mobis&#8217; first official entry into the robotics sector, expanding its presence in the global high-tech components market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Future outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hyundai Mobis plans to continue expanding its global customer base. Through CES, international exhibitions, and roadshows, the company will intensify its promotional efforts in key markets in North America and Europe.
